The “Death from Illness or Injury” section of pet insurance, when applicable, typically covers the purchase or donation price of your pet if it dies or has to be put to sleep by a vet as a result of an illness or injury.

You can do this at any time, but bear in mind that if you cancel before your policy is due for renewal you may be liable to pay the premiums for the remainder of your current period of insurance.

It is not currently possible to cancel your policy online. If you cancel your Direct Debit, this does not automatically cancel your policy. You will still receive correspondence from us so please do let us know if you no longer need your insurance cover. We cannot cancel a policy without the policyholder’s permission.
